Day Off's Announcements allow targeted messages to the whole company, specific teams, or locations for precise and quick communication.
Announce to employees
The announcement feature in Day Off streamlines the process of sharing messages with all employees in your company. Simply write your message, and once you’re done, click on ‘send’. The announcement will be sent immediately. Users of the mobile app will get a notification containing the announcement, and an email will also be sent with the same content.
Send to all, team, or location
For more detailed options, you can select from three choices. If your announcement is intended for the entire company, choose ‘All Company’. This ensures that all employees are informed. However, if your announcement is specific to a particular team, simply select that team to target your message. Similarly, if you want to send the announcement to a specific location, choose that location and then click ‘Send’.
