Carryover Report provides a detailed overview of employees' remaining leave, carryover days, and expiry date for using them.
The carryover analysis is a summary that shows the leftover vacation days employees have from last year and this year. It lists each employee’s name, the leave policy they are following, and the type of time off they have left over. For last year, it tells you how many days they didn’t use and how many of those days they got to bring into this year. It also says if those days will run out or if they can keep them for a while. For this year, it shows how many of the carried-over days they’ve used up, how many have gone to waste so far, and how many they still can use.

Leave Policy: Since different groups or roles might have different leave policies, this filter lets you see how carryover balances are affected by each policy.
You can export the carryover report to Excel while applying filters for last year, this year, and next year, enabling easy analysis and record-keeping based on specific time frames for more effective tracking.
