Balance report offering a clear overview of leave balances by detailing the number of days taken from each leave type and the total number of days and hours employees have taken.
Data
The balance report gives you an overview of each employee’s balances, the report displays both the total and used leave balances for each type of leave, and it shows both the total amount of leave available and how much has been used for each type of leaves, providing a clear view of remaining allowances.
Filters
The report has filters that help you narrow down the information by employee name, which location they are assigned to, and the leave policy they follow. This feature makes it simpler to sort through the data and get a better grasp of leave patterns and rules for different workers.
When filtering by time, you have three options to select from: “Last year,” “This year,” and “Next year.” This allows you to view data from the previous year, and the current year, or anticipate leave balances for the upcoming year.
Print & Export
The report can be exported to Excel with the selected filters and the required year, making it easier to customize data analysis and streamline record management in the easiest way possible. Additionally, it can be printed or saved as a PDF, providing flexible options for documentation
