We’ve moved beyond the “one-date-fits-all” approach. Released this April, you now have the power to define specific reset logic for each individual leave type, rather than applying a single company-wide date.
How it Helps:

Leave-Specific Timing: You can now set your Annual Leave to reset on an employee’s anniversary while keeping Sick Leave or Study Leave resetting on the standard Calendar Year (January 1st).

Three Reset Options: For every leave type, you can choose between:

Default Company Reset Month: Follows your global company setting.

Specific Month: Choose any month of the year (ideal for fiscal year alignment).

Employee Anniversary: Automatically resets based on each person’s unique hire date.
