Planning

Accrual Pause

The ability to pause accruals during unpaid leave, maternity leave …etc. then resuming accruals when the employee is back.

Accrual Cap

Setting a cap for accruals where it stoppes if the unused leave balance reaches a specific amount, the resumed when the balance is consumed. 

Seniority Balance Upgrade

Setting seniority balance upgrade rules for each leave type, where employees get more days/hours when they reach as defined number of years working.

Leave Type Balance Reset

Instead of resetting all leave types on a fixed date either calendar/fiscal year or employee’s anniversary, admins will be able to set different reset dates for each leave type separately. Like Vacation resets on calendar year and Sick resets on anniversary date. 

Tow-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Admins will be able to enforce two-factor authentication (2FA) for the whole company for an extra level of security.

Single Sign-on (SSO) with Google

We will soon support Google Single Sign-On (SSO), enabling users to register and log in securely with their Google credentials.

Mutli Approvers

Admins can now set multiple approvers in each of the two-step approval, where either one of the defined approvers can take an action.
