How does billing work in Day Off?
Day Off offers prepaid monthly and yearly plans. Admins can begin a subscription by activating a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan.
To subscribe and start your free trial:
From the admin side, go to the Billing page.
Click Start free trial to get your 14-day free trial of the Pro plan.
Select either a Yearly or Monthly subscription.
Enter the required number of seats.
Enter a promo code (if applicable) and click to start your trial.
After the free trial ends, you will receive your first invoice for either a one-year or one-month term, depending on the plan you selected. You will then continue receiving invoices at the beginning of each subsequent billing cycle.
