Day Off billing is simple. Day Off offers prepaid monthly and yearly plans. Admins can begin a subscription by activating a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan.
To subscribe and start your free trial:
Click your profile picture in the top-right corner and select Billing.
Click Start free trial to get your 14-day free trial of the Pro plan.
Select either a Yearly or Monthly subscription.
Enter the required number of seats.
Enter a promo code (if applicable) and click to start your trial.
After the free trial ends, you will receive your first invoice for either a one-year or one-month term, depending on the plan you selected. You will then continue receiving invoices at the beginning of each subsequent billing cycle.
How Day Off Billing Works
All plans are prepaid. In other words, you pay at the start of each term, not at the end. Here is what that means in practice:
- Monthly plan: you receive an invoice for a one-month term at the beginning of each month.
- Yearly plan: you receive an invoice for a one-year term at the beginning of each year.
- Seats: you choose the number of seats you need when you subscribe.
Tips Before You Subscribe
- Use the 14-day free trial to explore the Pro plan with your team.
- Count how many people will use the app, so you enter the right number of seats.
- Pick a monthly plan if you want flexibility, or a yearly plan if you prefer to plan for the whole year.
- Have your promo code ready, if you have one.
- Review your seats and plan type before the trial ends.
Managing Your Billing Details
Admins can update payment methods and company billing details at any time. Also, these details are automatically included on all of your future invoices. To learn more, see how to update your billing information.
