Time > Reports
Best for totals and analysis: hours by employee, project, client, or task over any period, with filters, grouping, and Excel export. Use it for client billing, project costs, and monthly totals.
Time > Attendance Review
Best for attendance against schedules: each day’s clock-in and clock-out next to the scheduled start and end, with late in, early out, breaks, net time, and overtime. Use it to check punctuality and working hours.
Time > Timesheets
Best for weekly review and approval: each employee’s time day by day, with its status (Draft, Pending, Approved, or Rejected). Use it to approve hours before payroll.
Quick Guide
- “How many hours did we spend on Client X last month?” Use Reports.
- “Who came in late this week?” Use Attendance review.
- “Whose hours do I still need to approve?” Use Timesheets.
