Where to Find Them
Go to Time > Reports. At the top of the page, switch between the Detailed and Summary reports.
The Detailed Report
A row for every time entry, with its description, project, task, employee, date, time range, duration, and billable status. Use it for audits, checking individual entries, and line-by-line client billing.
The Summary Report
The big picture for the selected period:
- A Total tracked time chart with a bar for each day.
- Total employees who tracked time, and the Total time tracked.
- A table of hours grouped by project, description, or other fields, with the client and duration of each group.
What You Can Do With Both
- Filter by Name, Client, Project, Task, Team, Location, and Description.
- Pick a date range with presets such as This Week or Last Month, or a custom range.
- Print the report or export it to Excel with the Print and Export excel buttons.
Who Can Use Them
Admins, and anyone whose permission group has Time tracker reports set to Allow. Time tracking reports are part of the Day Off Pro + Time tracker plan.
