What the Permission Allows
Attendance review lets people view and export the attendance review report: clock-in and clock-out times against schedules, late in, early out, breaks, net time, and overtime.
Step 1: Open the permission group
Go to Settings & integrations > Security > Permissions and open the permission group, or click Add permission group.
Step 2: Choose the scope
Under Attendance review, pick one option:
- Deny: no access.
- All Company: everyone’s attendance.
- Location: choose a location from Choose location. Only people in that location are included.
- Team: choose a team from Choose team. Only people in that team are included.
- Subordinates: only the people who report to that person.
Step 3: Save and assign
Click Save. Then assign the permission group to the right people from their profile in People > Employees.
Which Scope to Pick
- Line managers: Subordinates.
- Team leads: Team.
- Office or site managers: Location.
- HR or payroll: All Company.
