Step 1: Open the Clients list
Go to “Time tracking” in the left-hand menu, click “Settings,” then click the “Clients” card to open the full list of clients.
Step 2: Search by name
Type into the “Client name” field at the top of the page. The list filters live as you type, for example, typing “En” instantly narrows the results down to only clients whose name contains that text (such as “Enozom”).
Step 3: Filter by currency
Use the “Currency” dropdown to narrow the list to clients billed in a specific currency. It offers a scrollable list of options, including USD, EUR, EGP, JPY, GBP, CNY, AUD, and more, so if you only want to see, say, your USD clients, just pick USD from that list.
Step 4: Filter by status
Use the “All,” “Active,” or “Inactive” radio buttons next to the currency filter to show every client, only active ones, or only the ones you’ve deactivated.
Step 5: Combine filters
Name search, currency, and status can all be used together for a more precise result, for example, searching a keyword while also filtering to “Active” clients only.
Step 6: Reset when done
Click the “Reset” button to clear all filters and return to the full client list. If your results still span multiple pages, use the “Items per page” control and the page navigation arrows at the bottom of the table to browse through them.
