As an employee, your time tracking view is limited to the Tracker page, and that’s also where you check which tasks exist for your work, since there isn’t a separate “My Tasks” list available to you.

Step 1: Open the Tracker

Click “Tracker” in the left-hand menu (or use the “Start time!” button at the top). This opens the “Time tracker” page with the “What are you working on?” bar.

Step 2: Select your project

Click “Select project” and choose the project you’re working on from the dropdown (you can type to search if the list is long).

Step 3: Open “Select task” to see assigned tasks

Once a project is chosen, click “Select task.” This opens a dropdown showing the tasks that exist under that project, this is how you see what’s been set up for you to log time against. You can type in the search box to quickly find a specific task by name.

Step 4: Add a task yourself if none fits

If the task you need isn’t listed (the dropdown will show “No tasks found” if the project has none yet), you can create it yourself right there: click “+ Add task” at the bottom of the same dropdown, type a name, and it will be added and immediately available to select and start tracking time against.

So in short, the task list you see is scoped to whichever project you pick, and if nothing matches what you’re doing, you’re not stuck, you can add your own task on the spot before starting the timer.
