Step 1: Open the Summary report
Go to Time > Reports and click Summary.
Step 2: Set the period to This Month
In the date field in the top-right, choose This Month. For a past month, choose Last Month or a Custom Range.
Step 3: Filter by the employee
Select the employee in the Name filter and click Filter. Total time shows their hours for the month, and the chart shows how they’re spread across the days.
Step 4: Export if needed
Click Export excel to share the numbers with payroll.
Want Net Hours Against Their Schedule?
Use Time > Attendance review with the same date range and the employee’s name. It shows each day’s clock-in, clock-out, breaks, net time, and overtime.
