Short Answer
Admins, and anyone whose permission group has Time tracker reports set to Allow. They can view and export time tracking reports across the company.
How to Give Someone Access
- Go to Settings & integrations > Security > Permissions.
- Open their permission group, or click Add permission group.
- Set Time tracker reports to Allow and click Save.
- Assign the group to the person from their profile in People > Employees.
Need to Limit It to a Team?
The Time tracker reports permission covers the whole company. To let a manager see only their team’s or location’s attendance, use the Attendance review permission with the Team, Location, or Subordinates option instead.
