Step 1: Open the Tracker
Go to Time > Tracker. After clocking out, the tracker shows Already clocked out today and a red Cancel clock out button.
Step 2: Click Cancel clock out
Click Cancel clock out. A message asks “Are you sure you want to cancel clock out?”. Click Yes.
Step 3: Keep working
Your day continues and the timer picks up again. The Break and Clock out buttons come back, and your clock-out time is cleared from Today’s summary. When you finish, clock out as normal.
How the Gap Is Counted
The time between clocking out and continuing is added to your break time. For example, if you clocked out at 13:00 by mistake and continued at 13:20, those 20 minutes count as a break, not as work.
When You Can’t Continue Your Day
If you’ve already submitted today’s timesheet, the button is disabled with the message “You’ve submitted today’s timesheet, so you can’t log more time today.” Ask your approver to correct the time instead.
This option is only in Clock in / Clock out mode. In Task tracker mode, just start a new timer.
