Print
Step 1: Open the timesheet
Go to Time > Timesheets and click the employee’s name. Employees can open their own timesheet the same way.
Step 2: Choose the period
Use the date field in the top-right to select the period you need, for example Last Week, Last Month, or a Custom Range. The print and export use this range.
Step 3: Print or export
Click the three-dot menu in the top-right, next to the date field.
- Choose Print to open a print-ready view in your browser. From there you can print it or save it as a PDF.
- Choose Export excel to download the timesheet as a spreadsheet you can open in Excel or Google Sheets.
Tips
- To export only approved time for payroll, check the timesheet is approved before exporting.
- Turn Show unsubmitted time on or off first, depending on whether you want Draft time included.
- For tracked time across many employees or projects, use the Detailed or Summary report in Time > Reports, which also export to Excel.
