Step 1: Look for the badge
When timesheets are waiting for your decision, a number appears next to Timesheets under Time in the left menu. The number is how many timesheets need your action.
Step 2: Open the Timesheets page
Click Timesheets. A yellow banner at the top says “You have … timesheet pending approval/rejection.”
Step 3: Click Review now
Click Review now in the banner. Day Off adds the Awaiting my approval filter and sets the date range to cover the pending days, so the list shows only the timesheets you need to act on. Pending days are highlighted in yellow.
Step 4: Approve or reject
Tick the employees and click Approve all or Reject all. To see everyone again, remove the Awaiting my approval filter chip. For the full steps, see how to approve, reject, or undo timesheets.
Not Seeing a Timesheet You Expected?
- The employee may not have submitted it yet. Turn on Show unsubmitted time to see Draft time.
- Under your company’s Approval workflow, it may be going to the employee’s other approver.
- If approval is turned off, there’s nothing to approve, so no badge appears.
