What the Timesheets Page Shows
Go to Time > Timesheets. Each row is an employee, each column is a day of the selected period, and the last column shows the Total. Days with submitted time that is waiting for approval are highlighted in yellow.
Which employees you see depends on the Time visibility setting chosen by your admin.
Step 1: Change the period
Use the date field in the top-right. Pick a preset such as Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last Week, This Month, or Last Month, or choose Custom Range. The arrows move one period back or forward.
Step 2: Filter the list
Use the Name, Team, and Location filters, then click Filter. Click Reset to clear them.
Step 3: Show or hide unsubmitted time
Turn on Show unsubmitted time to include Draft time that hasn’t been submitted yet. Turn it off to see only submitted time, which is what has actually been sent for approval.
Step 4: Open an employee’s timesheet
Click an employee to see their timesheet day by day. Each day header shows the date and the day’s total. In Clock in / Clock out mode, the rows show Clock in, Clock out, and Breaks. Breaks appear as a negative figure because they’re taken off the worked time. Click Back to timesheets to return to the list.
Step 5: Print or export
On an employee’s timesheet, open the three-dot menu in the top-right. Choose Print for a print-ready view, or Export excel to download the selected period as a spreadsheet.
